05 — LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS
once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number issued, inclo.au is not liable for delays caused by the carrier. if your tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days domestically or 21+ business days internationally, please contact us and we will lodge an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.

06 — INCORRECT ADDRESS
please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
